How can I purchase a piece from Keenan Family Rustics

What payment do we accept?

We prefer a check made payable to Keenan Family Rustics. We also accept Venmo, Paypal, or credit/debit card for a very small fee. and or course Cash is king and is always accepted in person.

Can we come to your location to see the furniture

Absolutely! You are always welcome to come and see the furniture in person, in fact we encourage it.  Calling ahead is always preferred but not at all required.

What do we do for delivery/shipping?

we will deliver for free if in the local area. If you are farther away we will deliver for a reasonable rate. If you live very far away lets say Colorado, or Wyoming, we will use a white glove shipping company that will pickup the piece and deliver and bring it rite into your home where you want it. That kind or delivery guarantees that when we ship it to you it will arrive in perfect condition.

Do you accept Custom orders?

We absolutely accept custom orders in fact 80 Percent of our pieces are custom.

How do I order something Custom?

Accepted Answer

Feel free to reach out via email text call or a form submission. Once you reach out with what kind of piece you are looking for we get the ball rolling and bring you into the design process. Once we agree on the final design and price we require a 30 percent deposit to  put your piece in the production schedule.

How far out if your Lead time on average?

On average we are 8 to 12 weeks out, though sometimes it may very either way.
